This program is designed to not only maintain strength, but to help build strength/power while in the off-season.


Coach Robak Training

Classes offered on:

Summer Schedule - starts May 30


11:30am - 12:30pm Monday

11:30am - 12:30pm Wednesday

12:30pm - 1:30pm Tuesday

12:30pm - 1:30pm Thursday


Class times vary each season. See class schedule for current available time.


Membership Options:

4x/week - $200

3x/week - $175

2x/week - $135

1x/week - $80

(Billed every 4 weeks)

No matter what you are looking for in fitness, Flatlanders is the place. Blake, Sonia and Robert have extensive knowledge in fitness and overall health. They cover a lot of ground, from youth to “not so young” and ask all the right questions to help you achieve goals. I have been a member for just over 3 years.
